Tie the Knot is a visual novel puzzle game where you play as a doctor who helps solve patients' problems through knot tying. Will you be able to help your patients overcome their problems, and muster the courage to solve your own?

Delete/Backspace: Clear last knot

Spacebar: Clear Board

M: Return to main menu

Escape: Quit application
